Final Shipments going out!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that we've gotten the additional order of our very popular Vaccinated Pins late last week. We worked tirelessly to QC all of them and this batch came out really good! 99% of them are rated grade A to perfect! They came out sooooo pretty!

We're already shipped out the outstanding orders and so for those of you who are waiting, you should receive them this week! There are still several of you who never responded the BackerKit survey - so if you haven't received that, please PM us directly and we'll make sure we get the pins in you hands.

Our Next Goal

Our next goal is to hit, not just a few, but all our stretched goals for our sushi pin project. Since things have been reopening in SoCal, we've been getting a little caught up with work. But that's not going to stop us there. We'll do our very best to get all of them unlocked!

Shipping Updates + Exciting News!

Hey guys! Now that our initial shipment has already gone out, we'd like to give you a quick update and share with you our new project just launched on Kickstarter!

Shipping Status

We've sent out all but roughly 20 orders because our most popular Vaccinated Pin has far exceeded our projection. We immediately sent out another order with our manufacturer and we're expecting it to come within 2 weeks. Once we get our hands on them we'll QC right away and ship out the remaining orders. 

There is still a small number of you who has not yet filled the Backerkit survey. If you see this message and haven't received any Backerkit email, chances are they're stuck in your spam box. Please feel free to message us if you need assistance. We'd like to get all the pins in your hands as soon as possible!

Something NEW!

Our newest project Sushi Pin is now live!

We've actually been working on these designs for a long time, and it took us a while to get the designs to work with the enamel pin dimensions we wanted. Now that we've finally gotten through the hurdles and got enough experience under the belt, we're finally giving it the green light. 

We hope you'll love them, and please do share it with your sushi loving friends and pin collector buddies!

Backer Surveys

Hey guys!

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update and touch base with you all with the status of the project.

Backer Survey

As you may have already know, our backerkit surveys have been sent out a few days ago. So far we have received a little bit over half of the backers responding and locking their orders. The sooner we get everyone to respond, the sooner we can finalize the orders and figure out if we have enough inventory as well as logistics.

If you haven't seen the BackerKit email from your inbox, please kindly check your spam folder. Please let us know if you're having trouble with the process meanwhile.

Inventory

So... the most popular pin design so far is...

and so far it's leading by a pretty good margin too! 

which means we're going to ramp up production on this particular pin right away so we can hopefully catch up with the demand. Our goal is to get all the pins in your hands as soon as possible. But if the demand exceeds our current inventory we'll have a second wave of shipment that includes the Vaccinated pin. 

We will keep you updated once the surveys are complete of the status of the shipment.

Pandemic Achievement Pins update

Hey guys! 

It's been quite a journey doing our very first Kickstarter project. We got a few updates for you while we work through the next phase of the kickstarter project - funding & shipping. 

Stretch Goals & a Surprise

We're extremely grateful for the love and support we've received. We decided to also unlock the third stretch goal for everyone as well as a thank you to each and every one of you - that's right, you have all 6 pins to choose from! We've also received an initial shipment of the pins, and here's a picture of all the pins together:

What's next

Kickstarter will be charging the credit cards this week, and it will also give the pledgers an opportunity to fix any potential issues with the payment. This process will take about 5-7 days. Once the funds clear, we'll go ahead and send out the survey through BackerKit and collect shipping address and your pin selection. We're estimating the survey to go out 4/23. Once we receive your response, orders will be going out. The target date for shipping is 5/4/2021 for the first batch of orders. 

We are currently going through QC as we finish the backing card. We are seeing some irregularities with the Healthcare and Essential worker pins unfortunately. We're already in talks with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and hopefully get the replacements soon. At this stage we still have a limited amount of them that are good, and we will try to fulfill the first batch of orders with them. Regardless of what happens, we will keep you updated as we move along.

What's ahead

We are not done yet! Currently we already have at least two enamel pin projects in the pipeline. We hope you love the pins you receive, and hopefully we'll see you again in our next projects. Feel free to let us know if you have any suggestions or questions regarding your order.

Hey guys!

Just wanted to give you guys a final update here before the campaign ends in 3 days. 

We're super excited to be approaching the finish line of our very first and also successful event. Over the last year we've tried so many things to help our business stay afloat. Nothing we were familiar with worked mainly because the live event industry came to a halt. We were esentially forced outside of our comfort zone and ended up working on this very campaign. We frankly poured our heart and soul into this one not knowing what's going to come out of it. I'm personally very proud of it and I cannot thank you all enough for the love and support.

Crossing the finish line

We've been wearing our own pins for the last few weeks and got tremendous feedback on them. People randomly noticed our pins and absolutely love them. But one thing that stand out as an issue for us is that the standard rubber backing of the pins tend to pop out when the pin gets caught with a strap - like a handbag, backpack, camera strap, etc. So we're currently sourcing for a metal backing which should be more secure in case you're going to wear your pin. We don't want you to lose them!

We are so... close...

$250 is all we need to get over the hump to unlock the Healthcare Worker PIn! We're almost certain we will have no trouble crossing the finish line with everyone's support. Be sure to share the campaign to your friends and family as it would give us the final push to get it done!

Shipping

Our questionnaire will be going out soon after the campaign ends to confirm your shipping address. If you are in the process of moving, please send us a message so we can confirm when you'd like to send out the pins and the correct address. For the overseas orders please message us directly as we will give you a custom quote on the shipping for your order.
